Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, certainly. The products we are sending over are the same ones who are photographed on our website. The colors may slightly differ as monitors display colors differently, but rest assured the products are 1 to 1.

Where can i view my sales receipt?

Your receipt will be added inside the parcel. Should you need an electronic invoice, please contact us through the contact form.

How can I return an item?

We do accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase for any unopened and unused item unless the product is proven to be faulty. Do contact us so we can check your particular situation and we will do our best to offer a satisfactory solution either by providing a replacement or a refund.

Where can I track my order?

We are shipping all orders with GAP Akis Express. Once we are shipping your order, we will provide you with a tracking code which you can use to track your parcel on Akis website here.
